All the B's! That is so bang on. Amazing analogy. Great way to keep a focus.
Been cooking solar for years now. Always works great. I have a vacuum tube cooker similar to that one now.
I drank nothing but organic coffee. The mold and caffine in coffee destroyed my life. Very happy now that i dont drink it anymore.
Curtis Stone is a white supremacist who hates brown skinned people. He's fully open about his hatred for brown-skinned people on X. Did his urban farm go out of business?
I understood it pretty well. Ecosystems have complex, dynamics systems of interaction, and exchanges of matter and energy. That complexity lets ecosystems adapt to change. That's resilience. Communities can work towards the same. Redundancy, diversity, it's all important for having stable, resilient communities.
Rewatching this years later for a refresh, so good.
word salad word salad word salad...
THERE’S CODES FOR HOW TO COLLECT RAINWATER😳😡THESE POLITICIANS ARE GETTING OUT OF HAND. WHEN DO WE GO BACK TO PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU COLLECT RAINWATER IN A BUCKET THAT HAD THE LAST OIL CHANGE FROM YOUR CAR IN IT AND YOU DRINK IT WELL THAT’S WHERE STUPIDITY COMES IN! AND WE ALL KNOW YOU CAN’T FIX STUPID! Politicians 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
Just wanted to say your video made me realize that I am resilient and do have something positive about me. Thank you!
Love the diversion idea! I have 3 months of deep freeze to worry about too! And I’m definitely stealing the tank facade idea 🫡
Lovely video. Great explanation and the appearance of your kitty was adorable! 🥰
Where can these greenhouses be purchased? Thank you.
Blueberries are boring compared to Haskaps :/
This is a very easy cover! Great idea instead of building a box 👍
Amazing
Thanks so much for helping me leave the rat race and sustaining myself with a supplementary income much love
Hello I have collected some rainwater a few weeks ago for watering my plants and deposited the water in 10 plastic 5 liter bottles away from sunlight. The water now has a foul smell, sulphurous smell and a layer of something white on top. Is it okay if i still use it for watering my plants? What can I do to get rid of the smell and make it safe for the plants? I have to mention that I live in an apartment and I dont have space for big tanks Thank you
The more complicated you make something, the more likely it is to fail.
You should be breaking the rootball too.
Zoellers fitting between the two pumps sucks and is a pain to work with. The Wayne fitting or Y is a much better design.
Thanks for posting this, I recently made a rainwater collection system for my aquariums, and this is great news! Here in Florida we get a lot of rain this time of year so I’m gonna stock up! Thanks again
Jim's Organic coffee (double chocolate) $15 a bag, I use 1 or 2 bags a month... if that. Not too much to pay for shade grown organic coffee ❤
But not the fruit.
Here's a Pity comment for you😊
Why would organic take away less habitat?
Does it get enough. Daylight?
People always focus on zones. Is there a scale for day light hours? We have a mild winter -6 with a lot of wind chill might be our extreme low about 14-16c average the rest of the year (zone 9a). But we really lack sun, more often than not overcast. 100km north and inland colder but a lot more sun (zone 9a). 750km north (9a), 1000km north 2.5 times more sunlight (zone 10a). The difference is vast other than those min max temps.
Además de cosechar, hay que abonarla de vez en cuando. Pero la idea es excelente.
Thank you for sharing, this was so calming & grounding to watch!
certainly sounds like its well suited to the near-polar latitudes where the sun is mainly on the one side all year round. its the right solution for the right location.
How do you get your bushes to grow so tall? Here in MB mine seem to be very small
Are the stems from comfrey good to include into a chop and drop? When I make comfrey fermented tea, I only use leaves, and put the stems into a hot compost or feed to my worms. There is a lot of skepticism circling chop and drop as a effective way to fertilize a garden. Personally, I use no external imports to my garden, just want to be as effective as possible. Stay Well!!!
Ditches for paths are better
could this be used under a house but with pvc so you don’t get radon?
Where do i buy the plants? Lowes sells some every now and then bit its "hit or miss"
where can i buy plans?
Shit system. It isn't even realistic. Definitely won't last last.
Great info
Totally unrelated to the video but your shirt makes you look like Captain Kirk
I feel this is the future, along with extended families coming together to live together. I wish my extended family would see the writing on the wall now so we can start the change now, but some people think the prosperity of the past will continue.
Unfortunately the old fogies of the previous prosperity don't want to see that they're gonna fall off the ledge with the route they're taking. I don't even live particularly "organic" and I spend far too much money on vegetables at the store, and even at the farmer's markets near my house there's folks selling grocery store branded vegetables among the home and farm grown produce, so you can't even be sure of what you're buyin there unless you specifically get to know the growers. It's unreal the amount of organic produce fraud happens these days
Hello this video really needs an update on how this unit has lasted. 6 years is a long time could you address this in comments or in another video?
I am very happy with using even my small 35 foot ground cooling heating set up for my citrus in Vancouver. I run solar off grid despite being in powered yard. Great challenge will use compost heating, used bay windows as base.
you look normal size to me
Nice video it’s so nice to see when people get concerned and impulse such dynamics to make the community living in a responsible ecosystem
So many seniors?
That’s a big commitment
Where do you buy a greenhouse like this?
What about just using the rain water for lawn? Irrigation and some garden plants? Nothing edible, or Or would that leach into the raised garden Ben eventually if you have one?
I use it for my plants without filtering it and they have been fine. We want to replace our asphalt roof with a metal roof eventually but it’s $$$
Does aurora and Blizzard cross pollinate each other?
We still had woodshop and welding in the 2000’s, inflation has skyrocketed since then but minimum wage is still the same…
USA/CA and the western world as a whole has a very skewed perspective on what is "limited means"... Go to Portugal, not along the coast. Or come to Eastern Europe. Get ready for an update on all of your terminology :D Small scale and 0 budget, let's go!
